Alaeo Beauty Essentials LLC will NOT accept any Hair Extensions, Closures, Frontals, or Wigs that have been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle tie and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal laws. Please return the product in the original, resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Problem with the products received:
Products that are flawed or defective can be returned to us if they have the following quality defects: Zipper malfunction, ripped or tearing, poor quality, obvious color defect, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If items you received are defective products, contact us right away and send us close up pictures of the defective product with at least 3 views within 14 calendar days of receiving your product. Once we have reviewed and confirmed issues of the product, we can provide a discount off your next order, a store credit or provide reshipping service if our Customer Service Department agrees to the claim. We can NOT GUARANTEE the same product will be in stock for reshipping. FINAL SALE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS! It is very rare that a customer experiences these issues because all products are inspected before shipping. But things do happen and our Customer Service Department is more than willing to work with you in a timely matter.
Missing or wrongly shipped items
A refund or store credit is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items. We will provide reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped products at NO COST TO YOU, a refund on the product is offered in the event of products being unavailable for reshipping. Sizes for clothes are listed on product page according to centimeters. For shoe sizes, please check the shoe size conversion chart on the product page as well as the description on the product page and the available sizes carefully before you buy. If you want to return an item because the size doesn't fit you (items that you chose the wrong size on), Alaeo Beauty Essentials LLC can only issue you the product amount when we receive your returns. The shipping fee WILL NOT BE COVERED .
